Monthly payments

How does the monthly payment option work?

A minimum 10% deposit is required, and to make it convenient for you the remaining balance is split over your chosen monthly period.

The amount you repay each month is dependent on the amount of deposit you put down and the chosen length of the repayment period. For your convenience we have added an easy-to-use finance calculator to view payment options and the monthly repayment figure.

Should you choose to settle your finance early this can be completed with one final payment.

How do I arrange finance?

Once you have received your surgery pack, with the details of your procedure date and cost, please contact us and one of our friendly team will be happy to help, letting us know at least 10 days in advance of your treatment that you wish to use this facility.

To apply for our finance option, you must be a UK resident, over the age of 18 years old and be in permanent employment for 16 hours or more per week.

When do my repayments start?

Payments will begin one month after your procedure.

Can I change my payment date?

Yes, you are able to change your payment date once you have received your welcome documents.

Can I change my Direct Debit details?

Yes, please refer to the Novuna Customer Service team to discuss this in further detail.

How do I view my balance?
